Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026
Last updated: July 17, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Apex IT Solutions handles information collected through apexitsol.com and its public website forms. It does not govern information handled under separate customer agreements, employment records, or systems that Apex manages for customers.

Information you provide

When you use the Request IT Support form, you may provide your name, company or business name, email address, telephone number, requested service, message, and other information you choose to include. The form also records the page from which the request was sent and the submission date and time.

Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, financial-account information, health information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website.

Information processed automatically

When you visit the website, the site and the providers that support it may automatically process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Depending on the request and the provider involved, this may include an IP address, browser or device information, operating-system information, referring page, pages requested, date and time, and security or diagnostic information.

The Request IT Support form also processes technical form identifiers, a spam-trap field, and Cloudflare Turnstile security information to help protect the form from automated abuse.

How information is used

Apex IT Solutions may use website information to:

  • respond to inquiries and evaluate service requests;
  • communicate about services you requested;
  • provide or administer requested services;
  • maintain appropriate business records;
  • protect the website and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • diagnose technical issues and improve website functionality;
  • enforce applicable agreements and protect legal rights; and
  • comply with applicable obligations.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The Request IT Support form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse. When Turnstile operates, your browser communicates with Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process browser, device, IP-address, interaction, and security signals needed to provide the service. Form submissions are also subject to server-side validation.

Cloudflare’s processing is described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy, and is subject to its applicable Website Terms.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website and its providers may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies when needed for website operation, security, form protection, session management, compatibility, or diagnostics. In a logged-out review of the public Home, Contact, and Privacy Policy pages, no cookies were stored; WordPress used a session-storage item to record browser support for an emoji-related feature. Technologies used by the site or its providers may change as the website changes.

No analytics or advertising technology was observed in the current public-site review. If those practices change, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

How information may be disclosed

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting and infrastructure, email and communications, security and spam prevention, information-technology administration, and backups. For example, Microsoft 365 supports delivery and handling of website communications, and Cloudflare provides Turnstile security services. These providers may process information as needed to provide services to Apex or as required by law.

Apex may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including handling inquiries and requested services, maintaining business records, protecting the website, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with applicable obligations. Retention may also depend on security needs and backup cycles. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire through normal backup processes.

Information security

Apex uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information through the website.

Privacy requests and choices

Depending on where you reside and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Apex will review and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law. Legal or operational exceptions may apply.

To make a privacy request or ask a question, use the Request IT Support form or call (800) 275-6513. Apex may request enough information to verify and process the request. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. No third-party analytics or advertising technology that collects visitors’ activities over time across different websites was observed in the current public-site review. Cloudflare processes security signals for Turnstile as described above. Privacy requests received through the methods above will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law. If the website’s practices or applicable requirements change, Apex will review whether different technical handling is required.

Children’s privacy

The website is designed for business contacts and adults seeking business IT services; it is not intended for children to submit personal information. The site does not use technical age-verification controls. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information through the website may contact Apex using the Request IT Support form or the telephone number above.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not govern information that you provide directly to them. This section does not limit Apex’s responsibility for its own website practices or its use of embedded service providers.

Changes to this policy

Apex may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, services, providers, operations, or applicable requirements. When the policy is updated, the effective or last-updated date on this page will be revised.
